SHIPPING POLICY

Online Order

We try to ship orders out between 24 to 48 hours depending on availability. Most of our orders are fulfilled on demand, so it might take a little longer to make them, up to 3 to 5 business days, if a lot quantities are requested.

We currently use only USPS regular shipment or first-class to ship all order. If you need a faster shipping option like priority mail, please contact us directly and we will send you a shipping qoute. Our shipping are calculated base on the price of your order. Know that once your product has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for what happens during transition like delays by Post Office or Act of God. You can request for insurance that can only be offered with Priority Mail, by contacting us and we will send you the additional charges.

 

We offer free First Class Shipping for orders $55 or more.

Custom Orders:

Customer orders could ship between 3 to 5 business days to ship depending on quatity ordered.Again contact us for any additional shipping request.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
